The businesses behind the advice.
I don't teach AI from theory. Everything I share has been built, broken and fixed inside one of these — real customers, real invoices, real consequences.

Run for value, not for show.
Every one of these businesses turns a profit — but that was never the reason I built or bought them. I look for problems worth solving properly: a rota that eats a manager's week, a customer who churns because nobody followed up, a process nobody's touched in years. Fix that, and the business gets better before the P&L does.
That's also why the AI systems on this site aren't slideware. They get built inside one of these companies first, against real customers and real deadlines, and only get handed on once they've earned their place. Profit follows. It's just never been the starting point.
